Meet the Team

John A. Neal

John A. Neal

President

As a long-time Florida resident and member of the community, John Neal has seen his home state boom and grow, face challenges and persevere much in the way its residents have. He knows his community’s history because he and his family have been a big part of helping to shape and strengthen it. John intimately knows the trials that our environment faces, and remains closely involved in helping to overcome them. It is these efforts that inspired him to establish Neal Land Ventures (NLV).

The entire NLV team is devoted to responsible building, ecological accountability and economic growth in the community. These are values John Neal has long been guided by -- a simple road map that consistently sets our practices and products head and shoulders above the rest. As a company, NLV's commitment to our clients and to this community is our main driving factor. Our aim is to reflect our clients’ individuality as well as the exceptional beauty of our Florida landscape.

It is with these goals and values in hand that we welcome our clients to the NLV family of communities. We are grateful for the trust you place in us to help you design and build your Florida community. On behalf of the entire Neal Land Ventures Team, we welcome and thank you for your continued loyalty and support.
